Need help with skin and makeup?

Ive got dry skin and i have slight ance and i was wondering if anyone had any solutions for it the cream from doctors dont work either i have tried almost all the otc ance products... and i was wondering if ya had any make up tips to cover the acne and wat ate some good products...???Need help with skin and makeup?
Try washing your face with an exfoliating facial scrub to get rid of all the dry dead cells and help stimulate new healthy growth. Use something that doesn't have alcohol in it because it will dry out your skin.

You could try a tea tree cleanser to help with the acne and follow it with a tea tree moisturizer. The tea tree will kill the bacteria that causes acne while the moisturizer hydrates your skin. You can also use tea tree oil to spot treat blemishes. Its all natural.

As far as make up goes, use a non oil base foundation and make sure you always wash your face before you apply your makeup and never let it set over night.

You also might want to try microdermabrasion. Nutrigena makes an excellent product that you can pick up at any pharmacy.

Other things you might want to try is changing your diet. Your skin is often a sign that you are not getting the right things for your body. Try drinking green tea for the antioxidants. Other excellent antioxidants are Acai, blueberry, pomegranate, oranges, lemon juice and water! Water is the biggest thing, your skin is dehydrated because your body isn't hydrated. Eating lots of raw fruits and veggies is great for skin too so is salmon!

I hope you might find some of this helpful!Need help with skin and makeup?
Any Almay liquid powder cover up works really well to cover up the acne.

I have a dermatologist that prescribed Differin and Duac Topical Gel for me. They work pretty well but I still have occasional break outs. You can ask for pills that you take that can help stop the acne. That usually helps if gels and creams don't.

Clean and Clear Morning Burst face wash and moisturizer work great. They make my skin less oily, but it gets rid of dry skin too.
um i would reccamend ';neturogena oil free acne wash';! its great and its the best thing ive used. if you have dry skin why not use the naurtogena oil free ance cream cleanser? http://www.neutrogena.com/ProductsDetail鈥?/a> you can look at the site and even get a personal evaluation and find the products for you! as for the makeup, get an oil free foundation/concealer to avoid brocking pores even more! use a foundation/concealer brush to blend the makeup into your skin. less is more! good luck!
for skin problems for dry skin i suggest the aveeno active naturals moisturizing bar cleanser. (some say it cleared up their moderate acne, too , but i would give it a try)

I have seen the results its powerful and effective my clients rave and swear by it.
Wow, well, I hope I can help you here (:

My younger sister had severe acne when she was 14. I have used these products for years, and Im always getting commented on my skin.

They're called Liz Earle, and they are made from natural products and aren't tested on animals, which are a bonus. They aren't too harsh for your skin, and definitely wont irritate or make the acne worse. Just use the cleanse %26amp; polish, toner and the moisturizer. There is also a few facepacks that are amazing too.

(since you suffer from slight acne, I recommend using a lighter moisturizer, which will make your skin less oily)

And you could try this facepack from her, its truly a miracle-worker;

I actually dont even need to use foundation or concealer when I use these products, but at first while its clearing up, just try using a liquid foundation, as they provide a better coverage than mousses or powders.

Goodluck!
