Whats the best makeup for dry skin ??? help please x?

iv always had dry skin and i used to have eczema on my face but its gone now ....but when i use makeup , after a while it kinda goes patchy and wears off in places , especially in warm weather. Does anyone know any good makeup that would stay on and keep my skin moisturied. I normally wear dark makeup as im very pale so tinted moisturisers dont really do anything for me xxxWhats the best makeup for dry skin ??? help please x?
i know how u feel i have psorasis and eczema. ur gonna need to make sure u have a good moisturizer, maybe a cream, depends on ur preference. if u like the foundation u r wearing try to add a little cream moisturizer just a little might have a test it over and over, it makes the foundation a little more moisturizing, im not saying make a tinted moisturizer but the cream lotion helps.Whats the best makeup for dry skin ??? help please x?
you could try another brand of tinted moisturizer, Nivea's is quite good because it adapts to your natural skin tone. Or you can mix some of your foundation with a moisturizer.

You can try the body shop's moisture base foundation, that's meant to be good (I have combination skin so I use the oil free one) and it doesn't test on animals.

Another option is Avon, they have this one foundations that hydrates the dry places and absorbs oil, and they don't test either.

Or you can just go to your closest drugstore and have a look around for a foundation that is moisture based, or is for dry skin.

Or if you want something that is better quality, but more expensive, go to an actual make up place, and ask the sales ladies for advice.

Another tip is to use a really good moisturizer before you start, and let it sink in before you start putting on your make up.
- Always use cosmetics designed specifically for dry skin.

- Before applying makeup, apply moisturizer and wait for a few minutes. This will soften the dry skin and bring out the best of your makeup.

- During summer you can use a tinted moisturizer in place of a regular foundation as it is very light when compared to foundations.

- Exfoliating the skin at least once a week helps the skin to absorb the moisturizer better.

- Use an eye cream as the skin around the eyes is very delicate and eye creams are absorbed better when compared to moisturizers.

- Use a foundation brush to apply foundation; this will help you use very little foundation thus avoiding a caked appearance. Apply foundation in downward strokes.

- Apply the cream blusher high on the cheek and blend well. Choose pink blush if you have a blue or pink undertone to the skin, peach color if you have a golden undertone to the skin.

- Use peach or neutral pink eye shadow all over the eyelid.
