Moisturise before putting makeup on. Try a powder foundation. Also for the dark under your eyes try a lilac concealer..just a teeny bit..dab it on then dust some foundation over the top ..again just a teeny bit so as not to drag the skin.

Have you tried fake tan?Another pale skin makeup question!?
I hear ya, I am super pale too. First, no offense to your mom, but foundation does not cause wrinkles. Wrinkles are caused by aging, which is exasperated by the sun.

Use a soothing eye cream (usually called an eye gel) to help soothe the puffiness. Next up, use a yellow tone concealer to minimize the purple circles. Then add a foundation that match your skintone exactly - don't try to make your skin darker with a foundation, this will only make you look orange. I suggest one with SPF 15 in it, or use a mineral powder foundation.

Add a light, non-shimmery bronzer to your cheekbones, nose, forehead and eyelids. Add a pink blush to the ';apples'; of your cheeks, the part that goes into a circle when you smile.

Add a shimmery light powder eyeshadow to in the inside corner of your eyes and if you look really tired, a white eyeliner to the inner rims of your bottom lash line. Add a light shimmery brown eyeshadow to your lids, brown/black mascara and some pink lip gloss.

Make sure you wash all of your make up off at night, and moisturize and put your eye cream on. If the circles persist, you may want to get your doc to check your iron levels. But I have dark circles and my iron is fine.
use an icecube on your skin about 15 minutes before for a rosy effect.

yellow counteracts purple... so use yellow concealer under bags...

then use pressed powder foundation.. make sure you press, not wipe, or it'll totally eliminate the purpose of concealer and wipe it off and show worse.
Use colors that really blend out. focus on some darker colored eyeshadow and mayb a dark ping lip gloss. also mayb a darker blush and black or brown eye linner.
