what eye shadows, lip colors- i have full lips so i cant really use lip liner, right?, powders, anything?Makeup for fair skin, honey eyes, black hair?
Since you already have really dramatic features, its easy to go over the top here. I find it most effective to use simple eyeshadow (light and neutral taupes, browns and beiges, sometimes a light purple or green) with a coppery lipgloss.

What an unusual combination. I'm trying to picture it, and not doing very well. Here's my thoughts. I would use a very pale lavender eye shadow and blend well. If you're skin is even and you are youthful, don't use foundation, but a light dusting of translucent powder keeps the shine down, especially in the summer. Blotting papers are good for that too. I would use a mauvey (pink w/undertones of purple) blush, and a lipgloss with a hint of plum. Whatever you use, blend well. That's the secret to making your makeup enhance, but not overpower, your natural beauty.
dark brown, eggplant, plum, pink and mix between orange and brown for eyeshadow. for lips dark colors look good like a deep red with a hint of brown in it or something. powders are un needed unless you have blemishes and if you do i recomend cover girl true blend i think its called. works great
A dark brown eyeliner would look really nice on you, and less harsh than black. Yep, I would skip the lip liner and try a light pink matte lipstick with a similar shade of blusher.
