Skin makeup help!!! please!?

my skin is very oily and just a reddish color. i was wondering what a good home-made mask would be to reduce oil and redness! also a good primer that is cheap and helps control those oilys with also sunscreen. And then for after the primer a good foundation ( not liquid) that will help cover a little acne and discoloration. Powder is good but it just comes off. Currently i am using everday minerals which i love but it makes my face oily and does not last all day it also turns a little blochy. Maybe a pressed powder would be good?

any advice would be great! my skin is just so difficult!

thankssss

Oh also has anyone tried the pressed clear oil absorbind powder? does that work better than blotting sheets? Thanks %26lt;3Skin makeup help!!! please!?
I know exactly what you are going through. I have very oily skin, and somewhat amount of acne/blemishes. I've tried product after product to get rid of acne and my oily skin. There really is no treatment for oily skin. Here is what I reccommend, please take my advice.

鈥?When you wake up in the morning, blot off your skin using Oil Blotting sheets. They don't need to be expensive ones from places like MAC, they can just be drugstore brand. DO NOT WASH YOUR FACE IN THE MORNING WITH FACE WASH! Although you have oily skin, and your face is oily in the morning, it is just a light layer of oil on the skin. It can be removed with blotting sheets. If you wash your face you will be removing deep down your natural oils and your skin will feel that it must replace the oil during the day. This will make your skin more oily during the day. This is one of the most common issues with oily skin. Overwashing.

鈥?Lightly rinse your face with cold water. This is opptional and will wake you up!

鈥?Apply Revlon ColorStay Liquid Foundation for Combination/Oily skin. This is proved (and I verify it) to not rub or run off during the day. It will keep your skin looking somewhat shine/grease free! I really reccommend it out of all the foundations I have tried. It has really good coverage, and you can use something like a sponge/blending wedge, foundation brush or your fingers to apply it. Always make sure your hands are clean before you apply foundation.

鈥?With really oily skin, I use Rimmel Stay Matte finishing powder in Transparent. It is only about 6$ and there is alot of product in the pan. Lightly brush it all over your face, focusing on the spots that get the most greasy during the day. This will help on top to keep your skin looking shine free while attending school/outings.

Continue with the rest of your makeup routine.

During the day, if you find your skin getting oily again, lightly brush your face once more with the Rimmel Stay Matte finishing powder. Do not apply more than 3 times during the day, because it will give you a cakey look if you apply too much.

Stay away from pressed powders. Keep with foundations that contain NO OILS.

鈥?At night, remove your makeup with a good makeup remover. Please make sure all your face and eye makeup is off before you continue to wash your face.

鈥?Wash your face with warm water, and scrub in a face cleanser for oily skin. I use Marcelle's face cleanser, with no oils.

Let your skin repair your natural oils overnight, and continue on with your day.

Hope this helped.

- Stay Beautiful.
